We know plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about team changes, withdrawals, refunds and refund protection for Spring Challenge Dunedin 2027.
Team Changes
You can update team members and team details at any time up until event registration.
Entry Fee
One entry covers one team of three women.
XCover Refund Protection
We highly recommend adding XCover Refund Protection when you register.
Refund Protection is optional and can only be added at the time of registration. It may provide additional protection if unforeseen circumstances prevent your team from taking part, subject to XCover's Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals
If you have XCover Refund Protection
We’ll provide you with the information you need to contact XCover directly and make a claim. Any refund will be subject to XCover’s Terms & Conditions and eligibility requirements.
If you do not have XCover Refund Protection
The standard Spring Challenge refund policy below applies.
Refund Policy – Spring Challenge Dunedin 2027
90% refund — withdrawal before 31 March 2027
80% refund — withdrawal before 30 June 2027
60% refund — withdrawal before 31 August 2027
30% refund — withdrawal up to and including 12 September 2027
No refund — after 12 September 2027
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled within the final week due to severe weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Protection & Insurance
Refund protection and any additional insurance are the responsibility of participants.
All teams will have the option to add XCover Refund Protection during registration. We strongly recommend considering this option to provide additional protection should unforeseen circumstances prevent your team from participating.
