We want your experience with the Spring Challenge South to be as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about team changes, withdrawals, refunds, and insurance.

Team Changes

You can update team members and team details anytime up until event registration.

Entry Fee

The entry fee covers one team of three women.

XCover Refund Protection

We highly recommend adding XCover refund protection when registering.

Withdrawals

With XCover: We’ll send you a link to contact XCover directly for a full refund.

Without XCover: Our refund policy applies (see below).

Refund Policy – Spring Challenge South 2026

- 90% refund – Before 31 March 2026, or transfer entry to the Merrell Summer Challenge 2027

- 80% refund – Before 30 June 2026 (no transfer option)

- 60% refund – Before 31 August 2026 (no transfer option)

- 30% refund – Until 12 September 2026 (no transfer option)

No refunds – After 12 September 2026

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled within the last week (due to weather, natural disasters, or other justifiable reasons as deemed by the organisers), no refunds will be issued.

Insurance

Refund protection and insurance are the responsibility of participants.

All teams are given the option to add XCover during registration.
