Support Crew
Each team needs its own support crew. Ideally 2-3 people is the best number, but some teams manage fine with 1-person. The support crew meet the team at the Transition Areas (TA's) and help the team to change from one discipline to the next. We strongly suggest a 4WD vehicle as the crew vehicle, motor homes, trailers and large vehicles are not ideal for the areas the TA's are. Each team is permitted 1-support vehicle only due to the limited space in the TA's.
