Team Captains enter the whole team.
To make the entry process fast and efficient,  have ready:

  • Team Name

  • Team Category / Event

  • 20-word Team Description

  • Team Dietary Information

  • Team member names, mobile phone, email, address, D.O.B, emergency contact person & number

  • T-Shirt sizes

  • Credit card to pay for the entire team - your entry is not confirmed until it is paid for

Includes: Event, guided raft trip, maps, awards, chance of winning some cool prizes

Refund Policy (2019)

90% until the end of April
80% until the end of July
60% until the end of August
30% until the 14th September
No refunds after 14th September

There is no refunds to change from 9-hour to 6-hour, or 6-hour to 3-hour.

In the event of an emergency or natural disaster, earthquake etc - and the event is cancelled within 5-days of the event date, there will be no refunds.


Entries for the 2020 South Island event will open on October 1st. The location will be announced here on Sunday September 29th and 11.00am.
